A couple more cards to post
I've been pretty bad at posting my cards lately...well, alot. I don't get much traffic, so there's really not alot (no one) checking it out. I'll post the 2 cards that I made today later on. My SIL wanted to host a baby shower for her friend. I was just playing around and came up witha simple card. It's made using a stamp from the $1 bin from Michael's. I'll post it later on, when I get a chance.

Ornament
Away....
I have not been able to post lately...well, for awhile. With the holidays and alot of things going on, it's a bit time consuming. I've made alkot of cards but have not been able to post. I'm hoping to add a card in today before I drop Grant off at school.
The above card is colored in by Prisma pencils and gamsol for blending. I will be making 10 of these for Grant's teacher. There will be other images....6 teachers totaled, so 50 more cards to go...

More time to stamp
It's been awhile since I last uploaded. I'll be doing more of that this week, now that I got more free time on my hands.

Terrific Tuesday
I got a chance to make 2 cards this morning. Amazing!! Well, with 2 little ones it's hard to have my "alone" time. The kids were good and allowed me to stamp. They were busy creating their cards and destroying my stamp room. My 3 yr old son decided to draw on my door...not so fun. Then he and his little sister decided to put stickers everywhere.....btw, which included the floor. I had a hard time removing the adhesive from the sticker so it's a big mess on the floor right now. Here's my first card.
I'm not sure which orientation I prefer, the upright or the side.
Just having fun with diferent color combo. The rose red goes well with the sky blue tone.

Cupcakes
My little boy LOVES his cupcakes! For his birthday we had a Spongebob cake and tiers of cupcakes! I decorated it in the Spongebob theme colors: yellow and blue. It was A LOT of frosting!!! Yummy!!
I thought it came out cute but alot of the guests thought it was too pretty to eat so most just stared at the tiers of cupcakes.
More criss cross cards
Happy Fall! Well, it feels like Fall. It's getting colder and colder everyday. The picture of the pumpkins are the mini ones that our neighbor gave to my children. It's too small for carving so we painted faces on them.
These are the invite and thank you's that I created for my son's birthday. I wanted to make a kiddie theme but I didn't have much time to work on it. It's a bit too sophisticated for a little boy's birthday party theme but it was so easy to put together. I went to the store and couldn't find anything that I wanted, came home and got them done that day. So it was too easy to make. I just made his Thank You's to match his invite. They will be going out in the mail tomorrow.
A slight variation, just playing around. Very girly card.

Welcome!
This is my first day of blogging and the beginning of my captured stamping journey....
I've decided to start my own blog b/c it will be fun and a useful tool to look back at what I've learned and a useful tool to my developement as a stamper. Besides....Everyone has a blog, so why not (give it a try)?
